From the living room there is access to a glazed large west-facing terrace, from which the views are unbelievably beautiful.  Underfloor heating is installed in the apartment under a pleasant vinyl floor, so during the winter months at home you can feel at ease, even with bare feet.  This home also includes a very spacious separate garage, which you can conveniently reach by elevator.  The recidential building does not have a swimming pool or garden areas, so the community fee is really low.  Mijas pueblo's public swimming pool is about 1.5 km away (this summer's opening hours have not yet been decided) and all the lovely restaurants, cafes and boutiques in the center are only a few minutes' walk away.  We have the keys, so the viewings are easily organized!
