Enormous estate with approximately 1,300,000m² of land with fruit orchards, almond and olive trees and permission from the Ayuntamiento to build touristic accommodation and/or a hotel. Situated only a 15 minute drive from the visitor's centre at El Chorro, this area has recently become increasingly popular with walkers as a peaceful, natural environment and there is also the very well known walking route, Caminito del Rey which attracts a multitude of tourists. Other visitors enjoy the beautiful lakes for swimming and water sports so accommodation is very much in demand and the El Chorro train station, which is a short distance from the plot, connects directly with Malaga's main train station.
