Beautiful and modern apartment next to the penthouse with beautiful views to the mountains, La Cala de Mijas downtown and the Mediterranian sea. This apartment has open views and the land in front will never be build on. There is also views to the driving range for golf in the front.
This apartment has 2 terracces. Sun all day.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen and very bright living area which continue to the outside through floor to cealing sliding doors. All on one floor.
All the 3 bedrooms are spacious and have access to the back terrace facing west.
The master bedroom has on suite bathroom also with a wash machine. You are able to fit a dryer there if you want.
The other two bedrooms share a bath room. Both bath rooms have windows.
The livingarea and front terrace with glass railings gives you beautiful views. In the front part of the terrace you have views to the south.
All the furniture is included in the price. Hi quality sofa in linen fabric and washable. The outdoor sofa group is water proofed.

If you want a more social approch you can use the common areas with its own social club with bbq and fully fited kitchen, indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, paddeltennis court and the little payground for childreen.
You can book the social club for private arrangements.
It is 12min walk to the beach and 7 min walk to Lidel food store and a few restaurants.
La Cala de MIjas has a nice little town center with a lot of restaurants, super markeds and on wednesdays they have a outdoor marked. Also you have a banks, police, shops, bars, sportsclub and a golf course. The local buss take to either the town of Fuengirola, Marbella, airport etc.... The beach promenade is long and take you to Cabopino in Marbella in 1,5 hour. There are a few restaurants along the promenade.
La Cala de Mijas is only 25 minutes drive with a car from the airport, 20 minutes to Marbella and only 7 minutes to Fuengirola. Close to everything.
